Naomi Watson

Naomi Watson currently serves as the Director of Fraud and Payment Operations at AARP since April 2023. Prior to this role, Naomi held various positions at Salesforce, including Senior Manager of Human Centered Change and Senior Experience Architect from February 2022 to May 2023. Naomi has extensive experience in change management, serving as Solutions Architect - Change Management at Acumen Solutions from February 2021 to February 2022, and as a Change Manager Consultant from September 2018 to February 2021. Additional roles include Deputy Chief of Staff at the DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) and Interim Chief of Staff for the Deputy Mayor for Education, along with multiple positions within the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS). Naomi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Colorado Boulder.
