Patty Allen

Patty Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management, database administration, and project governance. Currently serving as a Tax Aide Volunteer at AARP since February 2024, Patty previously worked at the Y of Central Maryland as a Youth and Adult Swim Instructor. Patty's significant tenure at T. Rowe Price spanned over three decades, holding various leadership positions, including Vice President of Infrastructure Governance and Sr. Manager of Software Asset Management, overseeing a $1.5 million budget. Contributions included managing teams, establishing best practices for database services, and enhancing financial reporting processes. Patty also co-chaired the Informatica Mid Atlantic User Group and served as a Senior Staff Auditor at Equitable Bancorporation. Patty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University.
