Shani Hosten

Shani Hosten is the Vice President of Strategic Partnership Development & Relations at AARP, a role they have held since 2016. They also serve as Vice President of Audience Strategy and have previously held interim positions including Vice President of Policy & Brain Health Enterprise Strategy Lead. Shani's extensive experience in marketing includes leadership roles at Pfizer, where they were a Regional Marketing Lead, and Eli Lilly, where they began their career as a Hospital Sales Representative. Shani earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Hampton University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
