Stacy Pennington has extensive experience in community engagement and outreach, currently serving as the Senior Community Outreach Director at AARP since April 1989. In this role, Stacy plays a crucial part in coordinating and guiding state and community operations to achieve organizational strategic priorities. Previous roles include Interim Managing Director at AARP New Jersey, where Stacy developed a strategic plan for targeted community engagement, and Interim State Director at AARP Tennessee, managing the implementation of AARP's issue priorities.
