Steven Glaser

Steven Glaser is an experienced program operations professional with a strong background in nonprofit management and marketing. Currently serving as Director of Program Operations at AARP since August 2020, Steven previously held multiple positions at Wish of a Lifetime from May 2012 to August 2020, including Program Director and Program Manager, where responsibilities included supervising staff, managing sponsorships, and developing operational processes. Early in the career, Steven worked as a Wish Fulfillment Specialist and a Marketing and Development Intern, gaining skills in trip coordination, donor relations, and marketing content creation. Steven has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder and has participated in business programs at Georgetown University and various European institutions.
