Timothy Staley is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various leadership roles at AARP. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition since February 2010, Timothy oversees a team of Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Coordinators, supporting several business units including AARP Foundation and AARP Services, Inc. Achievements include significant contributions to the redesign of AARP's onboarding process. Prior to AARP, Timothy held positions such as Manager and Technical Recruiting Manager, where expertise in understanding hiring needs facilitated the strategic recruitment of top-tier candidates. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Recruiter at Spherion, focusing on HR positions in the DC Metro area, and as a Recruiter at Aerotek, managing recruitment for various roles. Timothy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Mount St. Mary's University.
