Tom Goodman

Tom Goodman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance and customer solutions sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Solutions at AARP Services, Inc. since June 2008, also holding a similar title at AARP. Previously, Tom held the position of Director of Individual and Small Group Sales at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona from 1997 to 2008, where responsibilities included leading sales teams and strategic sales planning.
