Aarvey is an independent, women-owned business law firm dedicated exclusively to employment law for employers.

Founded by three partners from leading international law firms, Aarvey was created around a shared vision: delivering employment law advice that combines technical excellence, creative legal strategy and pragmatic, business-focused solutions.

After more than a decade of practice within top-tier international firms (including DLA Piper, Gibson Dunn, Ashurst, Herbert Smith Freehills, PwC and DS Avocats), the founders chose to build a firm that reflects their way of working: agile, demanding and deeply aligned with clients’ operational realities, without compromising on the highest standards of quality.

Aarvey advises executives, legal departments and HR teams, in both advisory and litigation matters, on complex and high-stakes employment law issues, including:
– restructurings and organisational transformations
– international mobility and cross-border projects
– collective labour relations and employee representation
– sensitive litigation and crisis management
– employment compliance (hybrid work, AI, international employment law)

The firm is recognised for its ability to think beyond conventional solutions, challenge established frameworks and design tailor-made strategies adapted to each client’s business environment.
Our approach is direct, committed and collaborative, built on trust, accessibility and constant partner involvement.

Women-owned and future-focused, Aarvey delivers rigorous yet human, strategic yet practical employment law advice — supporting businesses through transformation and growth.
