Mads Harck

Mads Harck is an experienced operations executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Aasted ApS since May 2023. Previously, Mads held the position of Group Operations Director at Cembrit Holding A/S, overseeing operations, engineering, and Lean initiatives across five European plants. Mads has also been Operations Director for the Specialty Fiber Business Unit at OFS, where responsibilities included managing production departments and collaborating with R&D and Sales for efficient product launches. Additional roles include leading the Global Project Management Office at Chr. Hansen, directing Corporate Lean at Hilti Group, and guiding global Lean initiatives at Vistaprint. Mads has a strong educational background, including an MBA from the Technical University of Denmark and various certifications in management and technology.
