Clare Allen

Clare Allen is an experienced Clinical Consultant at New Horizons Care since July 2014 and serves as an Advanced Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner and co-owner of TLCbeau-tox, an aesthetics clinic offering a variety of beauty-enhancing treatments.
