Mark Hamilton

Mark Hamilton is a public education and community activist with extensive experience in counseling and teaching. They began their career in various roles within the restaurant industry and later transitioned to music and education, serving as a choir director and cantor at local churches. Mark worked as a school counselor for several institutions, including Chapel Hill High School and San Leandro High School, and held the position of admissions counselor at Northern Arizona University. Additionally, they have been involved with the National Education Association as a delegate and currently serve as president of the local AAUW branch. Mark earned a Bachelor’s in Music Education from Chapman University and a Master’s in Counselor Education from California State University Fullerton.
