AAVE Doula is coming in full force to change how birth workers are trained by providing them with culturally competent and congruent training. AAVE Doula’s goal is to reduce and/or eliminate the stressors of becoming a Certified Community Doula with bridge to workforce opportunities by delivering inclusive AAVE Doula trainings for medical staff, youth, and community members.


AAVE Doula will connect with and train passionate individuals around birth justice, community engagement, advocacy, Medicaid enrollment, and other fundamental areas, ensuring AAVE Doula is birthing a community of educated and responsible doulas.
