Maria Riivari

Maria Riivari has a diverse work experience. Maria began their career as a Trainee at Hannes Snellman in 2014 and later returned as a Trainee in 2016 and 2017, where they assisted in transactional work and dispute resolution. In 2019, Maria worked as part of the Buddies Team HQ at Slush, the world's leading startup event. Maria then transitioned to become a Legal Counsel at BIOCAD from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Maria is serving as a Legal Counsel at Aave, a leading Blockchain Startup, where they help develop blockchain-based software for greater financial access.

Between 2009 and 2012, Maria Riivari attended Helsingin Suomalainen Yhteiskoulu and obtained a Matriculation examination.

From 2012 to 2013, they enrolled at Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University for a Preparatory term for academic studies with a field of study in Russian language.

Maria Riivari then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law from Saint Petersburg State University from 2013 to 2017.

Between 2017 and 2020, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business Law from the University of Helsinki.
