As COO & Executive Director for Offshore Operations, Duc’s primary focus is to improve AAXIS Commerce’s global capability to deliver outstanding solutions to its clients. His work bridges onsite project teams, the Chengdu development center, and clients to streamline communication and collaboration, improve software development practices, and elevate engineering capability.

Since joining AAXIS Commerce in 2003, Duc has played a major role in the company’s growth. He has over 15 years of experience in IT consulting and offshoring. Duc established the System Optimization Services practice and created the AAXIS Resolution Methodology (ARM). ARM institutes a structured software quality control process to ensure the delivery of high performing, scalable systems. Duc was essential in the establishment of AAXIS Software (Chengdu) Co. Ltd and is currently serving as President and Board Member of AAXIS China.

He received his Engineering B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA
