The company reequips, develops, and constructs new and existing laundromats including brokerage of existing laundromats. Our portfolio of digital payment washers and dryers located in multi-housing laundry rooms provide laundry amenities to residents of multi-unit housing such as apartment buildings, condominiums, colleges and university residence halls, and hotels and motels. Our revenue is derived under long-term revenue-sharing lease agreements.
