Deborah Young

Deborah Young is an accomplished investor and advisor with extensive experience in the investment sector, currently serving as an Investor at AAZZUR and as an Advisor and Investor at XRAI Glass. As a founding member of Alma Angels, Deborah contributes to Europe’s largest diverse investment community, aiming to create $1 trillion in women-led wealth by 2050. Deborah is also an Angel Investor at South East Angels and has advisory roles focused on AI innovation at Aura. Previous positions include Non-Executive Director roles at SharpCloud and Active Matter, as well as leadership positions at BIP, where Deborah was instrumental in driving organic growth and strategic account expansion. Deborah holds an MBA in Marketing from The George Washington University School of Business and has undertaken further studies at prestigious institutions including the University of Oxford and the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, focusing on venture capital.
