Moises Osio

Moises Osio's work experience begins with their current role as Lead Product Designer (UX/UI) at AAZZUR. In this position, they are responsible for the design of fully-customized and branded mobile financial apps for a FinTech SME. Moises conducts design workshops with clients, gathers requirements, and ensures alignment. Additionally, they conduct UX research activities such as exploration, personas, benchmarking, and interviews.

Prior to their current role, Moises worked at N26 as a CS/UX Researcher. Moises was in charge of tracking and analyzing monthly user feedback, detecting and communicating product flaws, pain points, and usability issues on a native app for the Spanish market. Moises also conducted UX research to solve operational and business problems, analyzing research data through empathy maps and affinity diagrams.

Before N26, Moises worked at Visual Meta GmbH as a UX Designer and UX Content Strategist. Their responsibilities included optimizing navigation on listings pages for an eCommerce platform through competitive analysis, user research, affinity diagrams, empathy maps, usability testing, and concept design. Moises also conducted qualitative and quantitative UX research in collaboration with SEO, Quality, and Product teams to analyze user intent, optimize user experience, and solve specific business problems. Furthermore, they worked on content strategy, on-page SEO, and localization.

In their earlier roles, Moises worked at homify as the Content Team Lead and Content Product Manager. As the Content Team Lead, they supervised content managers, designers, and freelancers to ensure high-quality content aligned with the overall content strategy for Spain and Latam. Moises analyzed KPIs related to content and collaborated with cross-functional teams to align content with the product vision. As the Content Product Manager, they developed and executed a content strategy aligned with the product vision and conducted user research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Moises began their career as a Junior Architect at Cloonan O'Donnell Architects. Moises was responsible for architectural design, including the full research phase and concept design for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. Moises also conducted digital and physical prototyping, including creating 3D models. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Graduated Architect at Gomez y Gomez Arquitectos.

Moises Osio completed a Bachelor of Architecture degree at Universidad José Antonio Páez from 2006 to 2011, specializing in Architecture. In 2010, Moises briefly attended CDD – School of Visual Communication and Arts to study Graphics Techniques. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, Moises pursued Fine Arts Studies at Monsignor Giovanni Battista Scalabrini School of Arts. In 2020, Moises enrolled in the UX Design Institute, where they obtained a degree in UX Design in 2021.
