Steve U. is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Financial Reporting & Control for the AB Neo Division at AB Agri since October 2025. Prior to this role, Steve held various significant positions, including Regional Control Lead (EMEA) at AVEVA and Group Risk and Internal Controller at ForFarmers N.V., a leading supplier of animal feed in Europe. Previous experience includes roles at JBT FoodTech, Clarion Housing Group, PwC, and various accounting firms where Steve was involved in financial management, assurance assignments, and project oversight. Currently pursuing an MBA from The Open University Business School, Steve is also a qualified FCCA and ACCA with extensive expertise in financial reporting, risk management, and project accounting.
