Stephen Pham is an educator, nonprofit senior leader, organizational development specialist, and equity strategist currently serving as a Senior Advisor at A/B Consulting and a Principal at SQP Consulting. With over 12 years of experience, they have a track record of managing equity-centered strategic planning projects, strengthening team culture, and enhancing DEI strategies across various educational organizations. Previously, Stephen led operations and talent management at The Learning Accelerator, achieving high staff satisfaction ratings, and also founded the Remote DEI Collective. Their expertise in driving equity-driven impact and fostering collaborative environments shapes their ongoing contributions to social impact organizations.
