Thomas Hashbarger AIA, currently working at AB design studio, inc. since February 2024 as an Architect and Senior Project Manager. Prior to this, worked at DesignARC from January 1998 to December 2023 as an Architect. Previously was a Project Architect at Shubin + Donaldson Architects from 1993 to 1996. Graduated from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 1989 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Participated in a study abroad program at DIS Copenhagen in 1987-1988. In their current role, Thomas is responsible for overseeing all aspects of design, entitlement, and construction of various building types. Thomas has a high level of detail in all aspects of design and construction.

AB design studio, inc. is lead by Clay Aurell and Josh Blumer. ABds strives to unleash explorative context-based designs that allow us to creatively re-assess what a built environment can provide for its users and the future. We believe successful solutions are communicative, tangible and visible. Effective visualization provides valuable information for the project team and client to present and realize the design with local agencies, decisions makers, consultants and builders. We are committed to our clients and to designing emotive architecture that improves the quality of life and makes a difference. We explore the potential of each design utilizing innovative techniques and thoughtful use of materials in order to translate it into practical, responsible and buildable projects.
