Dan Mears

Dan Mears possesses extensive experience in the manufacture and assembly of electromechanical systems, currently serving as the Lab Test Manufacture Lead at AB Dynamics since January 2015. In this role, Dan supervises a team focused on automotive lab test equipment production while managing schedules and collaborating with suppliers. Previously, Dan held positions as an Electronics Technician, where responsibilities included assembling various electromechanical systems, and worked as an SMD Operator and Surface Mount Operator at EXCEPTION EMS LIMITED and Chemigraphic Ltd, respectively, developing skills in production, inspection, and rework processes. Dan's technical expertise is complemented by certifications in IPC610/620 and prior experience with JSTD-001 standards.
