Matthew Dustan

Matthew Dustan has a diverse work experience spanning across different roles and companies. Matthew started their career as a Project Engineer at AB Dynamics in January 2013 and was promoted to Senior Project Engineer in January 2015. In August 2017, they became the SPMM Product Manager - Senior Project Engineer, responsible for managing and developing the state-of-the-art Suspension Parameter Measurement Machine. In February 2019, they moved up to the role of SPMM Product Manager - Principal Engineer until April 2021. Subsequently, they served as the Business Unit Manager - Laboratory Test Systems from April to December 2021 before being appointed as the Director - Laboratory Test Systems in January 2022. Prior to their time at AB Dynamics, Matthew worked as a Production Manager at RepRapPro.ltd in June 2012. Matthew also served as an Improvement Project Team Leader at Nestle PTC Orbe from August 2009 to July 2010.

Matthew Dustan attended the University of Bath from 2007 to 2012, where they pursued a Master's degree (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering with a Specialisation in Automotive.
