Will Turner

Will Turner has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Will began their career as a Lance Corporal in the British Army from April 2008 to February 2013. Following this, they joined AB Dynamics in February 2013 as a Robot Test and Calibration Team Leader, where they worked until October 2017. From October 2017 to February 2020, Will served as a Track Test Systems Production Team Leader at AB Dynamics. Will then took on the role of IFS ERP Manufacturing and Planning SME / CI Leader from January 2020 to June 2021. Subsequently, they worked as a Continuous Improvement Manager at AB Dynamics from June 2021 to July 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Track Test Customer Support at AB Dynamics from July 2023. In addition to their time at AB Dynamics, Will briefly held the position of Operations Manager at Theraposture from June 2021 to January 2022.

Will Turner's education history is as follows:

In 2017, they attended Wiltshire College & University Centre and obtained an ILM Level 3 - Leadership and Management degree with a focus on Leadership and Management. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they attended the British Army - SEME (School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering) where they studied Engineering (Automotive). From 2005 to 2007, they attended Bath College and obtained a BTEC Sport & Exercise Science degree.

Will Turner completed their secondary education at St. Augustine's Catholic College from 2000 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Will Turner also obtained several certifications. Will received the CQI and IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification from NQA Global in November 2020, and the ISO 9001 Foundation - Quality Certification from the same institution in September 2020. In November 2019, they obtained an Advanced Excel certification from Wiltshire College & University Centre and a Working Safely certification from IOSH in September 2019. In July 2019, they obtained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from The Knowledge Academy.
