Brad Weaver

Brad Weaver has extensive experience in the brewing industry, currently serving as Global VP of Commercial Innovation - Supply at Anheuser-Busch InBev since January 2012, where responsibilities include developing consumer-centric product and package strategies and managing the Global Innovation and Technology Development team in Belgium. Prior to this role, Brad Weaver served as Director of Innovation and Technology Development, focusing on new products and processes within North America's supply chain. Earlier in their career at Labatt Breweries of Canada, Brad Weaver held various positions, including General Manager, where oversight of a two million hectolitre brewery included strategic planning and industrial relations management. Additional roles encompassed Brewmaster and Operations Manager, ensuring quality and operational efficiency across multiple packaging lines. Brad Weaver holds a Diploma Brewer from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling and degrees in Environmental Science and Environmental Engineering Technology from Western University and Fanshawe College, respectively.
