Nikki Else

Nikki Else is a seasoned professional in the brewing industry, currently serving as the Director of Global Agronomy Operations at AB InBev. Nikki’s extensive experience includes roles such as Director of Global Barley Research and Chief Maltster at South African Breweries, where they contributed from 2007 to 2017. With a strong educational background, Nikki earned a PhD in Biochemistry and an MSc in Malting and Brewing Science from Rhodes University, along with a Master’s Degree in Malting and Brewing Science from Nottingham University.
