Sofya Bekhtold

Sofya Bekhtold is currently the Zone Europe WH Performance Manager at AB InBev. Previously, they held several logistics management roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, including Regional Logistics Manager and Logistics Integration Manager, where they directed logistics processes across multiple sites in Russia and Ukraine. Sofya developed long-term strategies, optimized warehouse operations, and managed international logistics, achieving significant cost savings and improved performance metrics. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Baikal State University and a qualification in Applied Mathematics from Omsk State University.
