We’re a gym company based in Essex.  We now have 6 sites  in Romford, Brentwood, Lakeside, Chelmsford, Braintree & Bishops Stortford.

The hand picked equipment (some of it designed by us) provides you with the most advanced equipment available today. Our experience means we know what works and what doesn’t. Ab Salute Gym is designed for everyone, from total beginners to advanced athletes. It has everything you need to reach your fitness goals. The gym also caters to Olympic athletes, so beginners can gain knowledge and learn from the best in the world. With added facilities such as sunbeds, kitchen and physiotherapy room, it’s the perfect place to make you look and feel good inside and out!

We also offer an extensive list of classes at our Lakeside and Brentwood sites.  These are run out of our state-of-the-art studios by some of the best instructors in the industry.
