Celeste B. is an experienced talent management professional currently serving as a Talent Management Specialist at ABF Sugar since April 2024. Previously, Celeste held various roles at Illovo Sugar Africa from July 2017 to April 2024, including Human Resources Manager and Group HR Services Specialist. Celeste's earlier experience includes significant positions at George Weston Foods from October 2008 to June 2017, where responsibilities ranged from People, Performance and Capability Manager to Culture & Capability Manager. Additionally, Celeste began a career in human resources at Illovo Sugar Limited from February 1997 to September 2008, progressing from Human Resources Admin Officer to Assistant Human Resources Manager. Celeste holds a B.A. in Industrial Psychology & Communications from the University of South Africa and is a graduate of Danville Park Girls High in Durban.
