Rosy Thomas

Rosy Thomas has extensive experience in business development and human resources, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at AB2 Consulting Inc since January 2015, focusing on bench sales and business development. Previously, Rosy worked as a Resource Specialist at MPS Inc from January 2011 to August 2014, where responsibilities included sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and negotiating rates with potential employees and contractors. Prior to that, in a managerial role at TIT from June 2006 to February 2009, Rosy planned and coordinated human resources for various projects and was involved in hiring for product development. Additionally, Rosy held the position of Placement Officer at Data Group from March 2006 to May 2007, mentoring recruiters to ensure quality candidate submissions.
