Mesa Samreth has a strong background in IT support and management. Mesa started their career in 2012 as an IT Support Technician at SRAM & MRAM Group, where they worked until 2015. Mesa then joined Damco Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. as an IT Support Technician for a few months. In 2015, they moved to CMED Group, where they served as an IT Support Specialist until 2017. Since 2017, Mesa has been working at ABA Bank, initially as an IT Support Specialist, then as an Information Technology Support Supervisor, and currently as the Head of Technical User Support for the IT Department.

Mesa Samreth obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Panha Chiet University in the period between 2010 and 2014. In addition, Mesa Samreth pursued studies in English Language and Literature/Letters at Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia, although the specific dates and degree obtained are unknown.
