Imagine trading GOOG for BT directly … a single transaction … or MSFT for BTC. Abacas is a new style anything for anything trading model that leverages the blockchain and tokenization to deliver a regulated, transparent and secure application that provides asset purveyors and investors with trading solutions which improve transparency, security, price, delivery and accessibility - traditional client value proposition challenges. It is a new and innovative Xchange that creates radical new trading opportunities in the form of direct asset-for-asset trading, asset-backed payments and the ability to trade seamlessly across asset classes, thus creating a whole new source of liquidity.

Abacas™ is a world-first in digital asset exchange; never before has there been an exchange that facilitates direct asset-for-asset trades. Abacas™ enables asset purveyors to unlock and monetize the value of static assets and trade these digitally using Abacas Digital Assets (ADAs) and the ABCS token.

•	Abacas™ and ADAs enable Asset Managers to diversify their product suite quickly and efficiently, unlocking the value from static assets, including commodities, bonds and equities.

•	ADAs mark a significant step beyond digital currencies, as the digital assets are hard-wired to physical assets, so the intrinsic value of the digital asset will always equal the value of the physical asset; far superior when it comes to performing as a trusted form of exchange (asset-backed)

•	With ADAs, Asset Managers can exchange assets in just one single transaction, for example exchange UK stocks using gold with ADAs, fueled by the Abacas token. Prior to Abacas™, this process would take up to three transactions and up to two fund transfers, each incurring a fee.
