Andy West has over 40 years of experience in the software industry. Andy started their career at Plessey Microsystems in 1979 as a Software Development Engineer and later became a Software Team Leader. In 1991, they joined Radstone technology as a Senior Software Leader and eventually became the Software Product Manager for the PowerPC Group. In 2006, they transitioned to GE Intelligent Platforms, where they worked as a Software Product Manager for almost a decade. In 2015, they joined Abaco Systems, Inc. as a Software Product Manager, where they are currently employed.
Andy West attended the University of Liverpool from 1976 to 1979, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Physics with Electronics.
