Dexter James

Dexter James has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to materials management, shipping, and logistics. Dexter started their career at Walmart Distribution Center as a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor in 2006, before joining Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Shipping Coordinator in 2008. At Georgia-Pacific, Dexter was responsible for providing routing information, issuing shipping instructions, and tracking goods en route to their destination.

In 2014, Dexter joined Eberspächer Group as a Materials Control Supervisor, where they developed methods and policies to ensure efficient and safe movement of materials throughout manufacturing. Dexter also implemented continuous improvement practices through tools such as value stream mapping, problem-solving, and waste elimination.
