Lisa Blott

Lisa Blott has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Plant Manager and previously as Manufacturing Operations Manager at Abaco Systems since December 2015, Lisa oversees a team of 100 individuals. Lisa's career at Abaco began as a Production Manager, responsible for a team of 24, including remote management of one team member in the USA. Prior to Abaco, Lisa worked at GE in various roles, including Production Manager and Senior Buyer, where responsibilities included managing production operations and sourcing for the Systems Group. Early career experience includes roles as a Buyer at Automation & Controls and an Expeditor at Radstone Technology, along with serving as an Insurance Agent at NFU Mutual.
