Ryan Hammersley

Ryan Hammersley has a diverse work experience in manufacturing and logistics. Ryan started their career as a Test Technician at GE in November 2014, where they performed electrical acceptance testing and conducted engineering tests. In July 2015, they joined UPS as a Parcel Sorter, where they maximized sales by ensuring on-time and accurate shipping and trained staff on material handling processes. In July 2015, they transitioned to Abaco Systems, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, where they wrote protocols, improved methods and procedures, and worked on quality assurance. Ryan then progressed to the role of Graduate Manufacturing Engineer in January 2018, where they managed production, collaborated with engineers on design changes, and implemented Kanban processes. In February 2021, they were promoted to the position of Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for managing production, quality, and engineering changes.

Ryan Hammersley graduated from the University of Northampton in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
