Eric Biggs

Eric Biggs is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in the field, having previously held the position of Quantity Surveyor at Manchester City Council from 1978 to 1987 and worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Gleeds until 2001. They also served as Director at A.P.E Project Management from 2001 to 2005 and established EMB Consultants in 2005, where they currently operate as the Owner, providing various project management services. From 2016 to 2018, Eric held the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor at Abacus Cost Management and continues to work as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Abacus since 2024. Eric's education includes attendance at Stockport College of Technology from 1974 to 1978.
