Kashif Rizwan

Kashif Rizwan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer relations and team management. Currently serving as a Customer Relations Officer and Backend Office Employee at Abacus Consulting since June 2020, Kashif has also held the position of Team Lead in Loan Recovery at Barwaqt from January to September 2023, where responsibilities included team management and achieving daily loan recovery targets. Prior experience includes a role at Mindbridge as part of the Jazz Call Center, recognized for quality work, and a position as a Customer Service Sales Specialist at Milvik Bima Pakistan. Kashif holds a Bachelor of Arts and an F.A. from Allama Iqbal Open University, along with a Matriculation in Science from Fazaia Inter College, PAF Base Sakesar, District Khushab.
