Steven Ferrari

Steven Ferrari is an experienced risk manager with a strong background in cyber weapon systems and information security management. Currently serving as a Risk Manager for the United States Air Force and Abacus Consulting since January 2019, Steven provides subject matter expertise in managing portfolio risks related to the Air Force's IT infrastructure. With a career spanning back to 1994 at NSAservices, Steven is a certified information security manager specializing in the implementation of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) based on risk approaches aligned with ISO 27001/2 and NIST 800 53 standards. Prior experience includes serving as CEO and Information Security Officer at Motorola Federal Systems from 1989 to 1991. Steven holds dual BSBA degrees in Finance and Economics, and Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law from Suffolk University, and is a Founders Member of SABSA.
