Umer Ameer has extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service, beginning with an auditing role at Qavi & Co. from April 2011 to March 2013. Umer then transitioned to Business and Communication Systems (PVT) Ltd as a Customer Service Representative from March 2013 to December 2016, where customer-controlled routing was implemented to enhance customer experiences. Following this, Umer served as a Mass Recovery Executive at Jazz from January 2017 to March 2018. Umer further excelled in quality assurance as a Quality Assurance Team Lead at Mindbridge from July 2018 to April 2023 before taking on the role of Head of Quality at Abacus in April 2023, focusing on innovative testing techniques and high-quality standards.
