Darrell Randall has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Darrell started their career at Compass Group as a Food Service Director, where they successfully planned and controlled food costs. Darrell then moved on to Target, where they held roles such as Senior Team Lead and Executive Team Lead, leading and coaching teams while exceeding productivity goals. Following this, they worked at Papa Murphy's International as a General Manager, where they increased sales through excellent customer service and strategic labor management. Darrell then joined Revolution Retail Systems, LLC as a Unit Management Technician, overseeing support requests and serving as an escalation point. More recently, Darrell worked at DXC Technology as a Senior Help Desk Analyst, providing technical support and troubleshooting for large corporations and government contracts. Currently, they are a Client Support Specialist at Abacus Group.

Darrell Randall attended the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. Following that, they pursued further education at the same institution from 2009 to 2011, completing their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
