Harold Young has a diverse work experience in the fields of client support, technical support, computer installation, and customer service. Harold began their career in 2011 at Vans, where they worked as a Product Consultant, providing exceptional customer service and meeting store sales goals. Harold then served as a Stockroom Supervisor and later as a Floor Supervisor at the same company. In 2016, Harold joined Revention as a Customer Tech Support Representative, offering high-quality tech support to clients and conducting remote training sessions. Harold also worked as a Field Computer Installation Technician, installing software and hardware for restaurants, bars, and nightclubs across the United States. Since 2017, Harold has been employed at Abacus Group where they have held the positions of Technical Dispatcher, Technical Support Engineer, and Sr Client Support Technician.

Harold Young completed their education at two different institutions. Harold attended Atascocita High School from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a High School degree. Following that, they enrolled at Lone Star College from 2012 to 2015, earning an Associate's Degree in Computer Networking Administration. Additionally, in December 2014, Harold obtained a certification in Microsoft Level I - Computer Networking Administration.
