Michael Hallmen

Michael Hallmen is a seasoned Manager of Offensive Cybersecurity Engineering at Abacus Group, overseeing the Application Penetration Testing Team that specializes in web applications, APIs, mobile, and Large Language Model penetration testing. They are also an active CTF player with experience at Hack The Box and TryHackMe. Previously, Michael held roles as a Security Operations Center Intern at Ivy Tech Community College and as an Associate Security Consultant at NetSPI. They earned multiple degrees in Cyber Security and Network Infrastructure from Ivy Tech Community College and have received additional certifications from Cisco Networking Academy and Coursera.
