Karsten Schmidt

Karsten Schmidt is an experienced SAP Senior Consultant and Project Manager at abat since August 2015, specializing in project management, organizational change management, and agile methodologies such as SAP Activate and Scrum. Previously, Karsten worked at Johnson Controls from February 2010 to July 2015 as a Logistics Manager, focusing on customer excellence, material planning, and warehouse management. Prior to that, experience included roles such as Master Planner and Production Logistics Planner at IAP GmbH from April 2008 to April 2009, where consultancy in lean production and process optimization was key. Karsten holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Elektrotechnik from Technische Universität Braunschweig, completed in 2010.
