Max Kassens

Max Kassens is an experienced SAP Consultant at abat since April 2019, specializing in SAP Customer Experience (CX) with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, as well as SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP Field Service Management (FSM), and SAP CRM. Prior to this role, Max worked as a Schifffahrtskaufmann at Intersee Schiffahrts- & Chartering GmbH & Co. KG, where responsibilities included daily fleet management and operations from August 2013 to February 2015. Max holds a Master of Science in IBM with Strategic Project Management from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Liverpool John Moores University. Additionally, Max completed a Betriebswirt in international logistics management at Deutsche Außenhandels- und Verkehrs-Akademie and acquired a Schifffahrtskaufmann degree from BBS I Leer.
