Alain Quintal

Alain Quintal is a seasoned executive in the manufacturing and technology sectors, having recently retired as V-P & General Manager at ABB Installation Products Ltee in August 2024. They held various roles at ABB from 1985 to 1996, including positions such as Production Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager. Alain also served as V-P Operations at Rolls-Royce from 2004 to 2007 and later as Vice-President at Thomas & Betts from 2007 to 2012. Currently, they hold the position of V-P Manufacturing & Technology at ABB, overseeing multiple Canadian manufacturing facilities and functions. Alain earned an Engineer’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Université de Montréal and a certification in corporate governance from Université Laval.
