Aleksandra Wander

Aleksandra Wander is currently the IS FTS Effectiveness Lead at ABB and has a robust background in operations and change management, with previous roles at Capgemini from 2021 to 2023. Aleksandra's experience includes being an Operations Lead, where responsibilities encompassed delivery management and people management, as well as serving as a Process Lead and Senior Change Manager, focusing on ITIL best practices. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach and are pursuing additional postgraduate studies in Psychology.
