ALESSANDRA Gilberti holds a Master’s degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, which was completed in 1994. They began their career at ABB in April 1994, accumulating diverse experience in Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Marketing before transitioning to the IS Organization as a Business Intelligence Lead in 2009. In February 2019, ALESSANDRA became IS Workstream Lead for the Data & Analytics function in the Global PG Carve-Out Program, successfully leading their workstream until September 2020. Currently, they serve as Global Service Owner for ABB’s Data & Analytics platforms, overseeing critical analytics services and fostering collaboration across international teams.
