Alex Luetolf has extensive experience in human resources, beginning a career as a Primar- und Reallehrer in Kanton Luzern from July 1985 to July 1991. Following this role, Alex transitioned into HR, working as Kadervermittlung/Laufbahnberatung at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund from October 1996 to February 1999. Subsequently, Alex held various HR positions at ABB, including HR Business Partner from January 2001 to December 2007, and Senior HR Business Partner from January 2008 to the present.
