Alice Chen

Alice Chen is currently an HR COE–Talent Partner at ABB Xiamen, where they focus on recruitment and talent management across multiple R&D centers and manufacturing plants. Previously, they worked as an HR Specialist at Tyco Electronics Shenzhen Branch and as an Admin Supervisor at SATO Shenzhen Office. Alice also served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at HRC, supporting various business units in Xiamen and contributing to employee satisfaction initiatives. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business English from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology.
