Alison Mathieu

Alison Mathieu, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Global Division HRBP for ABB NEMA Motors, starting in October 2024 and reporting to the Division President. Previously, Alison was the Vice President of Human Resources for the Clean Air Business Group at Tenneco from August 2020 to September 2023, overseeing the global HR function for a $3.5 billion revenue company with 18,000 employees across 20 countries. Alison's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Ascent Aerospace from March 2017 to August 2020, leading HR for various manufacturing and engineering sites across North America, Europe, and Asia. Alison's career at ABB began in 1998, culminating in the role of VP Human Resources for the Electrification Products Division in North America, where responsibilities included managing HR for around 6,000 employees and leading the integration of the Thomas & Betts Electrical Division during an M&A process. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organization Design from Spring Arbor University and an Associate's degree in Crop and Soil Science from Michigan State University.
